What Happens Next?
 The checkout system will send two copies of your order by e-mail: one to you and one to us. If you are a new customer, one of our representatives will phone you to confirm your order and to make delivery or pickup arrangements. You don't pay until you receive your order. Once your order has been assembled, you will receive a finalized invoice by email.

Do you offer any discount programs?
Indeed we do. We offer discount programs for regular ongoing deliveries of:
- meat and/or wild fish products – our meatpak
- and for organic fruit and vegetables – our vegepak

What are my payment options?
We offer the same easy and convenient payment options for both pick up and delivery orders. We accept cash, INTERAC, VISA and Master Card.
For delivery orders, we have a portable remote terminal that is completely secure and authorizes your account the same way payment is authorized in any store today. Swipe your card, enter your PIN (if necessary for INTERAC), choose your account and it's done. It's that simple.
To which products do taxes (PST and/or GST) apply?
Most food products are non-taxable. For those products that are taxable, like snack foods, the appropriate taxes will be listed on your invoice.
Is there a delivery charge?
No, there is no charge for delivery with a minimum order - see below.
However, we do offer you the opportunity to contribute to our delivery costs
in the form of a gratuity. Anything you choose to donate for this purpose
would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.
Is there a Minimum Order?
Yes, there is a minimum order depending on location. For example, the minimum order for York Region and North Durham Region is $50. The minimum order for other areas varies according to the distance travelled. Click here for details for your area.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in the region that stretches from Oshawa to Hamilton and from Toronto to Orangeville and Barrie. We would consider deliveries outside that area based on the size of the order and our ability to accommodate any specific request. Please contact us for more details.
When are deliveries made?
We deliver from Thursday to Saturday each week. Although we do have certain patterns of delivery routes we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs and your schedule.
In a normal week, we hope to receive your orders by Tuesday evening, especially for dairy and fresh baked goods. In most cases we would be able to fill your order and deliver it by the following weekend. Arrangements can also be made for pick up at any one of our three retail locations.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes! If you choose to not receive news and product updates, we will only use your personal information to process your order. If you would like to receive our weekly update and news about our products, we will send you such information by e-mail.
Your personal information will not be sold to or shared with any third party and you can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by sending us an e-mail or giving us a call. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
